GANGNAM-GU, South Korea – BeRex announced a new product, the BGH5 which is a 40 MHz to 6000 MHz broadband Gain block amplifier, based on GaAs material with HBT process that is ideal for 3G/4G/5G wireless infrastructure, repeaters, Boosters applications.
The BGH5 is internally matched at 50 ohms. It is available in RoHS2 compliant SOT-363 surface mount package. These devices are 100% DC and RF tested to assure quality and performance.
Berex Product Marketing said, “The BGH5 when 3.3V is used, current flows of 50, and at 3500MHz, the characteristics are 14dB Gain, 14dBm Output P1, -50dBc characteristics satisfaction is 2.5dBm 5G NR ACLR.”
