BGH7 :  10-4200 MHz BROADBAND AMPLIFIER

BeRex announced the launch of its new product, the BGH7, a 10 MHz to 4200 MHz Low-Gain broadband Gain block amplifier. It is based on GaAs material with an HBT process, which makes it ideal for ISM, VHF, UHF, LTE, 5G wireless infrastructure, repeaters, and boosters’ applications. The BGH7 is a BroadBand, HBT Amplifier that is ideal for applications demanding high linearity in a wideband of 10-4200 MHz. The BGH7 is internally matched to 50 Ohms and requires no external matching components. It is available in RoHS2-compliant SOT363 SMT package. These devices are 100% DC and RF tested to assure quality and performance.

• 70 MHz: 13.6 dB gain, 14.7 dBm output P1, 33 dBm OIP3, and -50 dBc LTE ACLR, with an output power of 5.5 dBm.
• 850 MHz: 13.4 dB gain, 15 dBm output P1, 33.3 dBm OIP3, and -50 dBc LTE ACLR, with an output power of 5.3 dBm.
• 3500 MHz: 13 dB gain, 13 dBm output P1, and -50 dBc 5G NR ACLR, with an output power of -0.5 dBm.
